The Supreme Court of Finland starts to publish summaries of its precedents in English

The summaries concern precedents that are perceived to attract interest among the member states of the European Union or otherwise internationally. These would include for example precedents containing issues regarding the law of the European union or application of the European Convention on Human Rights.
